From Your Backyard (or Market) to Mine: Kale Ideas?
Every so often, Backyard Diaries will ask readers to post ideas on a single ingredient. Type some of yours in the comment box. After a couple of weeks, I'll compile them into a post for everyone to use.
My favorite is kale and sausage flat-bread. I make a simple dough and top it with sauteed garlic and kale, and then I spread that over the flat-bread and top that with chopped sausage and bake or barbecue. So damned good! I
